Many people are familiar with this word, but not the meaning. Put simply, the word (pronounced she’clay) is French and roughly translates to mean, “Sprayed ink”. This is a process that has been highly refined other the past several years. Incorporated with the high-resolution digital imaging processing, giclees have become the archetype of the art reproduction industry. Because this is an “on-demand” process, the Artist has the ability to oversee each of the prints for best results. The inks used are archival and tested to be the most lightfast available. Each of the various substrates (surfaces available for printing on, paper, canvas, etc.) are also archival. Various sizes to suit your needs are available. << Back to Gallery
