On August 22nd I appeared at the Collings Foundation Open House. This event commemorating the advancements in transportation featured many of the Foundation's antique car and plane collection including a 1910 Bleriot, a Stanley Steamer and a Stutz bearcat competing in races of speed. Despite several heavy downpours, the show went on. I attended the show in period dress and met many new visitors. I displayed several new paintings and drawings.
