Thanks for stopping by at the American Heritage Museum this weekend. It was a pleasure meeting you.
It’s been a bit of a struggle, but I am slowly making my way through Website construction and will be sending out a notification to all when it is finally up to snuff and fully launched, so please stand by. I look forward to then,
Thanks & Tally Ho! Rob
Nice to meet you at the Authors at the Vineyard event in Sandown yesterday. Although there isn’t much here on your website yet, the images of your work are enough for me to realize what fine work you do. A friend of mine in New Jersey has done a lot of painting of military subjects, and of wildlife. I haven’t been able to find her in several years, so I don’t know if she’s still painting, but my husband and I have a print of hers, of the famous mascot eagle “Old Abe,” which we have framed and hanging in our house. (We’re big Civil War buffs, and my husband only recently retired from a professional presentation of President Lincoln.)
Hope we can keep in touch! In the meantime, keep poking at your website. I’d love to see more of your work.
Sally,
My apologies for the delayed reply. I have been traveling extensively for the last year, but have settled back in Newburyport. As a result of a more stationery lifestyle, I am again reaching out to those I have met and am making a concerted effort to upgrade and maintain my website.
Thanks for reaching out and I too hope we can keep in touch. There’s lots more artwork where that came from. For a more direct contact, you can also e-mail me directly to my e-mail address on my card.
Regards, Rob
Hello,
I met you in the plein air club in Baltimore, my name is Joyce. I am visiting
Plum Island at the end of May and wonder if you would like to meet and paint. My sister in law’s cottage is near the marshes. I recently started taking oil painting classes but probably will bring watercolors.
Best,
Joyce
Joyce,
My apologies for the delayed reply. I have been traveling extensively for the last year, but have settled back in Newburyport. I’m sorry to have missed you since I like the idea of painting in the marshes (as long as it’s after Greenhead Season). So, let me know if you plan on being up this way again and I hope we can get together.
Thanks for thinking of me and keep pushing paint,
Rob
Nice post.
Thanks,
More to come,
Rob
